Lake Berryessa Estates is located in Northern California and sits on the northern end of
Napa County. Nestled in the beautiful hills above Pope Valley , 22 miles from Calistoga
and St Helena and 2 hours north of San Francisco. With approximately 189 homes, our
residents enjoy the rural country scenery and its perks. As a member of Lake Berryessa
Estates Property Owners Association our residents have access to 2 private
campgrounds located on Putah Creek where you can enjoy hiking trails, fishing,
camping, and private access to our launch ramps and within minutes you will find
yourself on beautiful Lake Berryessa.
We have upgraded our website to provide our community with more convenience
and a wealth of website services and opportunities to share ideas and information, get
news and announcement, access an online resource center and have access to
important community documents, by-laws and membership information.

This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and have a voice In
our community. We will be discussing maintenance to our common areas,
community news and much more. Some of our guest speakers include,
representatives from CAL-FIRE, SOLONO COUNTY WATER AGENCY AND Lake
Berryessa Bureau of reclamation. So bring a chair and share any ideas
or thoughts you may have to better our neighborhoo. Hope to see you

In 1981 Lake Berryessa Estates was granted recreational
easement to the north campground that stretches as far as
Crystal Flats and the Marina/campground and boat launch
area. These recreational areas grant our members year round
access to boating, swimming, fishing, hiking , camping and
launch ramps that lead to Lake Berryessa.
Memberships are sold year round ,and an annual meeting is
held in the spring to allow for new memberships and keys to
be purchased before the new locks are put on the gates. We
rely on the funds raised by the purchase of keys and
memberships to help pay for maintenance, upgrades, road
grading, tree trimming and insurance and legal fees.
