LBEPOA’s responsibility is limited to maintaining the association’s campgrounds and administering the membership, keys, access, and volunteer work connected to those facilities.

Scope reminder: LBEPOA does not manage private property, utilities, law enforcement, code enforcement, or general neighborhood concerns. Those matters should be directed to the appropriate owner, district, county department, or public agency.

These are the association campground areas LBEPOA members and volunteers help maintain.



Current membership
Who can join: Membership is exclusive to Lake Berryessa Estates property owners and residents within the Estates.
Membership proceeds support campground maintenance and improvement projects, campground road grading, tree trimming, insurance, security, keys, member services, and upkeep of association facilities.
These amounts were confirmed as current for 2026–2027. Membership eligibility, key policies, privileges, and procedures remain governed by current LBEPOA rules and notices.

Campground work
Interested in helping with the campgrounds or related association work? Contact the board and mention the committee that fits you best.
Organizes workdays; evaluates roads, trees, debris, gates, tables, equipment, and safety needs; coordinates tools, supplies, volunteers, cleanup, and disposal.
Plans recurring maintenance and cleanup, including weed-whacking, roads, tree trimming, debris, bathrooms, gates, tables, and campground equipment.
Coordinates volunteer coverage at association campground areas during busy holiday weekends, including shifts, gate monitoring, watch patrols, instructions, emergency contacts, and incident reporting.
Tracks Golden Mussel requirements affecting association launch access and coordinates lawful inspection, tagging, untagging, certification, agency communication, and member education.
Develops board-approved events and fundraisers that support campground maintenance and improvements, including budgets, donations, setup, cleanup, and event records.
Coordinates authorized camera needs related to association campground access and facilities, including maintenance, privacy procedures, repairs, and board-approved improvements.
Prepares campground maintenance updates, work-day notices, membership reminders, meeting notices, access information, and association safety updates.
Holiday Security Committee
Choose a Labor Day weekend shift from Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Volunteers provide a visible presence, monitor gates and report concerns. Volunteers should never confront anyone.
