Room to slow down, get outside, and enjoy the lake.
Set among the rolling hills of Pope Valley, Lake Berryessa Estates is a rural residential neighborhood near Putah Creek and Lake Berryessa. It is a place to enjoy peaceful mornings, star-filled nights, wildlife, and the natural beauty of northeastern Napa County.
Full-time residents, families, retirees, and weekend property owners all share a connection to this special place. Boating, fishing, camping, paddling, and time outdoors are part of life here—and so is the neighborly spirit that helps care for the places we enjoy together.
Our neighborhood and our association: Lake Berryessa Estates is the community we call home. LBEPOA is the voluntary property owners association that supports its member-funded campgrounds, recreation areas, membership, keys, access, and related maintenance.

A volunteer-led association focused on maintaining the LBEPOA campgrounds.
LBEPOA’s responsibility is limited to maintaining the association’s campgrounds and administering the membership, keys, access, and volunteer work connected to those facilities.

Scope reminder: LBEPOA does not manage private property, utilities, law enforcement, code enforcement, or general neighborhood concerns. Those matters should be directed to the appropriate owner, district, county department, or public agency.

Who can join: Membership is exclusive to Lake Berryessa Estates property owners and residents within the Estates.
Membership proceeds support campground maintenance and improvement projects, campground road grading, tree trimming, insurance, security, keys, member services, and upkeep of association facilities.

Organizes workdays; evaluates roads, trees, debris, gates, tables, equipment, and safety needs; coordinates tools, supplies, volunteers, cleanup, and disposal.

Campground Maintenance
Plans recurring maintenance and cleanup, including weed-whacking, roads, tree trimming, debris, bathrooms, gates, tables, and campground equipment.

Boat Launch
